Dan Mill

Dan is a thirty-year resident of Grand County and began fly fishing seriously in 1992. In those more than three decades, he has fished from northern British Columbia to New Zealand. He has been a guide for Devils Thumb for over four years, and introducing people to our sport and working with people who want to improve their skills is a passion of Dan’s. At one point, he caught a fish every month of the year for 19 years and 2 months, which gave him the experience and know-how he now shares with others. When the weather turns cold in Grand County, he loves to chase fish in Mexico, Belize & Honduras. He is a member of Trout Unlimited and The Nature Conservancy.
