Every Wednesday in the month of May, join us for a unique mindfulness workshop to reset and reconnect. Each week, we’ll offer a different workshop, so explore options below to find the right workshop for you! Workshops are complementary and open to lodging guests only. Space is limited. Reservations required.

May 3, 1-2:30PM | Wellness Connections: Horses & Humans
Did you know that horses are remarkably sensitive to the energies around them? Join us for a wrangler led, non-riding, session to learn about and connect with our horses. Space is limited to 8 people per session, so reserve your spot now!

May 10, 11:30AM-1:30PM | Yoga & Meditation Workshop
With a flow for all abilities plus elements of reiki and meditation, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and recentered. Space is limited to 15 people per session.

May 17, 11:30AM-1:30PM | Yoga & Meditation Workshop
With a flow for all abilities plus elements of reiki and meditation, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and recentered. Space is limited to 15 people per session.

May 24, 4-5PM | Unwind Workshop with Cocktails and Mocktails
Wellness is also about enjoying the present moment and trying new things, so join us for a hands-on workshop will have you crafting and sipping a delectable treat. Workshop will be hosted in Timber House.
