Ranch Chuckwagon Dinner!

Join us for an authentic Ranch Chuckwagon Dinner!

Up to 18 guests can experience a gorgeous hour-long summer’s afternoon wagon ride along pristine forested Ranch trails with stunning views of the Continental Divide before being treated to a tasty outdoor cowboy style dinner of authentic Ranch fixens warmed up over an open fire, including:

• Wagyu Chili
• Vegetarian Chili/Soup
• Chef’s Summer Salad
• Cornbread and Honey Butter
• S’mores/ Chocolate Chips Cookies
• Water Station, Soda, Lemonade, Iced tea, Beer, Wine*

*Selection of beer and wine will vary, and quantities may be limited.

Price per person is $125.00

Chuckwagon Dinners are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wagon Rides start at 4:15 PM, so please arrive at the stables by 4 PM. Dinner is served at approximately 5:15 PM.

Private groups of 10 or more can sign up with 48 hours’ advance notice on Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays.
