You do the fishing, we’ll do the cooking! Soak in the Rocky Mountain views while you fish for trout on our scenic lower pond. Once you’ve made your catch, we’ll cook it up fresh for you to enjoy!

Rules & regulations:
- Limited to one fish per angler, between 9-13”
- 9–11 AM only
- Brown and Rainbow trout only
- Strictly fly fishing, spinning rods are catch-and-release only
- Use barbless Hooks
- Must present room reservation to the pond attendant and Zach’s Mercantile staff
- Exclusively for lodging guests
- Catch and Cook in lower ponds only
- Must check in with Zach’s Mercantile before fishing
- All undersized/oversized fish are to be released
- Any other species besides Brown and Rainbow trout are to be released
