Site Fee starting at $18,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception venue)
Food and Beverage Minimum starting at $50,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception) 

Memorial Day through mid-June and September after Labor Day & Weekend of October 3rd
Site Fee: $15,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception venue)
Food and Beverage Minimum: $45,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception) 

 October 10th-24th
Site Fee: $13,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception venue)
Food and Beverage Minimum: $35,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception)

 January–March & December 1st-19th
Site Fee: $10,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception venue)
Food and Beverage Minimum: $25,000.00 (including rehearsal dinner or welcome reception)

Fortunately, there is a stunning Civil-War era barn located in nearby downtown Winter Park called the Headwaters Center that specializes in weddings, receptions, and celebrations of all kinds.
