Q:  Do I need previous zip line experience?

A:  No. Our guides will take the time to properly train you prior to riding the zip line to ensure a safe tour.

Q:  What are the restrictions?

A:  There are no age minimums; however, riders must weigh between 75lbs and 275lbs to participate. Riders may be required to weigh in prior to participating to ensure the safety of the participant. Riders under the age of 18 must have a waiver pre-signed by a parent or legal guardian and dated with the zip line tour date to participate. Riders age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult - there must be one adult for every two participating children.

Q:  Do the zip line tours pre-book/pay?

A:  Yes. The Full Zip Line Tour requires a reservation to be made 24 hours in advance, and the One Zip Line Tour requires a reservation made by noon on the day of the ride. We take full payment via credit card at the time of booking.

Q:  What is the refund policy?

A:  Refunds will not be given within 48 hours of the tour. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. You will be refunded in the case that we need to cancel due to hazardous weather conditions.

Q:  If it is raining, will the tour still run?

A:  Tours run rain or shine. We will only cancel or postpone tours due to high winds or lightning. If thunder is present, we will wait to see if conditions improve before deciding to cancel. We will refund you if we cancel the trip due to weather.

Q:  Will water be provided?

A:  A water cooler will be stationed at the zip line area and will be accessible upon arrival to the site.

Q:  Should I arrive early on the day of the tour?

A:  Yes. Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the tour to fill out paperwork/liability waivers. Check-in at the Activity Center for all tours.

Q:  What should I wear?

A:  Since it is not easy to add or remove layers under a harness, you should choose something that will suit you for the duration of the tour. Comfortable and functional clothing for the outdoors should be worn. Scarves, open jackets or shirts tied around the waist are not acceptable. Bring appropriate footwear such as hiking boots or athletic shoes. Open toe footwear is not permitted. Backpacks, fanny packs and shoulder bags are not allowed as they can interfere with the guest's harness. If rain is expected, you should bring your own rain gear. Long hair should be held back with an elastic band. All jewelry should be removed to ensure safety for the rider.

Q:  Can I bring a camera with me?

A:  Cameras are encouraged - providing that they fit into a zippered pocket. Any loose items must be zipped into pockets prior to riding the zip line.
