DESCRIPTION:Devil’s Thumb Ranch and the Winter Park/Fraser Chamber are happy to present the 11th annual 30km\, 15km\, and 3k kids classic-only cross country ski race and tour! The event will start and finish at Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa. An end of race celebration will be located at Broad Axe Barn with food and beer. Check out this year’s new cash prizes below! \nREGISTER HERE! \nEvent details \n\n30k Classic Ski Race: $90 to $100\n15k Classic Race: $70 to $80\n15k Classic Ski Tour: $70 to $80\n3k Kids Classic Ski: $0\n\n*Price increase does not apply to high school student registration \n  \nEvent Categories & Prizes: \n30k Classic Ski Race\n$1\,500 for 1st overall winner\, men’s & women’s\n$1\,000 for 2nd overall winner\, men’s & women’s\n$800 for 3rd overall winner\, men’s & women’s \n15k Classic Ski Race\n$1\,000 for 1st overall winner\, men’s & women’s\n$800 for 2nd overall winner\, men’s & women’s\n$500 for 3rd overall winner\, men’s & women’s \n  \nLocations and Transportation:\nAll events will start and finish at Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Please park all cars in the parking lots located north and west of the main lodge (#1 on our DTR property map). Overflow parking is located at the High Lonesome lodge (#13 on our DTR property map). \n  \nSchedule\nSaturday\, February 7th \n2:00pm-6:00pm 30k-15k packet pick-up at Zach’s Mercantile shop at Devil’s Thumb Ranch  \nSunday\, February 8th \n8:00am – 9:30am: 30km-15k packet pick-up at Devil’s Thumb Ranch (Broad Axe Barn).\n10:00am: 30k race mass start \n10:15am: 15k race mass start \n15k ski tour start right after the 15k mass start \n10:20am: 3k kids race start \n12:00pm– 2:00pm: After party with food and beer at Broad Axe Barn.\n1:00pm: Award ceremony (Broad Axe Barn). \n* Registration will close Friday\, February 6th\, 2026 at 12:00pm. \n*Schedule and price subject to change. \n*Day of packet pickup will be in Broad Axe Barn @ Devil’s Thumb Ranch. \n*Awards will be given to the top three women and men in the 30k and 15k race \n*The fastest individuals in the following age groups will receive a prize: \n19 & under\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70 & above \n
