A fancy photo app may make your cell phone pics look better, but there’s more to eye-catching photos than adjusting contrast with color post-shoot. Starting in the classroom, we will cover some composition tips to help you compose a dynamic shot, learn basic controls in taking photos and adjusting them afterward using the camera’s own editing software. Then you will move outside to explore the beautiful grounds of the Ranch while working hands-on with Kia Neill, a professional photo artist. All skill levels welcome.
Activity will include a hands-on picture-taking hike and classroom discussion. Light snacks will be provided. Please bring your own smartphone for class.
Space is limited.
Location: Timber House | Cost: $70 per person
