AM Feed Sleigh $35 per person
1 hour sleigh ride offered daily from 9:30 am - 10:30 am. Designed for the wanna-be cowboy, guests will have the opportunity to feed breakfast to our herd. After feeding, enjoy some hot drinks and muffins at our campfire. 12 guest maximum. ($30 Children 6 - 12 years of age. Children 5 and younger ride free.)
One Hour Sleigh Ride $35 per person
Offered daily from 11 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 2 pm. Above and beyond your normal sleigh ride with a visit through our four-legged friends: horses, mules, donkeys and steers. Complete the ride on one of our scenic sleigh trails overlooking the DTR valley. Then enjoy well-deserved s'mores and hot drinks around our campfire. 22 guest maximum. $100 public ride minimum. $300 private ride minimum or additional $100 charge per group. ($30 Children 6 - 12 years of age. Children 5 and younger ride free.)

After feeding, enjoy some hot drinks, s'mores and a story or two at our campfire. 12 guest maximum. ($30 Children 6 - 12 years of age. Children 5 and younger ride free.)
½ Hour Sleigh Ride $25 per person
Offered daily from 4:30 pm - 5 pm. Great for families with young children and guests that don't love colder weather. A brief visit to the herd and a short sleigh ride ending at our campfire for s'mores and hot drinks. 22 guest maximum. $100 public ride minimum. $300 private ride minimum. ($20 Children 6 - 12 years of age. Children 5 and younger ride free.)
Special Request Sleigh Rides TBD
Go ahead and give us a try... We love the challenge of meeting your special request. Reservations and rates must be arranged with the Stables staff. 22 guest maximum. $200 public ride minimum. $300 private ride minimum. $25 per person for ½ hour and $35 per person for 1 hour.
One Hour Horseback Ride $80 per person
Always dreamed of riding horseback in the snow? This is your chance. After an orientation, you will have the opportunity to ride through the powder to one of the peaks for an incredible view of the valley. Available to riders age 13 and older. Please dress with plenty of layers and don't forget your feet, ears and hands. Rides dependent on weather and surface conditions. 5 guest maximum. $240 ride minimum. Rides booked around sleigh rides and staff availability.
Pony Rides $35 per child
Not the average walk in a circle... Your lil’ buckaroo will love this wonderful ride on a snow-packed trail. Ages 3 to 12. Campfire, hot drinks and s'mores included for the riders. ($8 per person additional charge for other family/group members.) Reservations required.
Hot Chili Dinner Rides $90 per person
Offered on the first and third Saturday each month (no minimums) and by reservation on other nights ($540 minimum or 6 guests). A horse drawn sleigh will pick guests up at the lodge lobby at 5 pm for a 45 minute ride to visit the herd and then back to one of our restaurants for a dinner of chili, cornbread, salad and drinks. Enjoy hot drinks and s'mores around the campfire for dessert. (Alcoholic beverages can be purchased for an additional charge.) 22 guest maximum. ($45 Children 5 years of age and younger.)
Campfire with S'mores and Hot Drinks $8 per person
Don't have time for a sleigh ride, but want a treat and to visit with our critters... Stob on by. We always have the fire going. (Ages 5 and younger are free.)
Evening Sleigh Rides $50 per person
Offered between 5:30 pm and 7 pm. A 45 minute ride for folks that have always dreamed about a night under the stars in a horse drawn sleigh. 22 guest maximum. $500 public ride minimum. $600 private ride minimum.
DTR Livery Service to the Ranch House Restaurant or Heck's $50 per person
Offered between 5:30 pm and 8 pm (Dinner reservations must be made for 6 pm or earlier.) Use a horse drawn sleigh as your means of transportation from one of our cabins to the Ranch House Restaurant or Heck's for dinner. 22 guest maximum. $500 public ride minimum. $600 private ride minimum. DTR Driver's Education $250 per person Try your hand at driving one of our big draft teams. This will be a 1 ½ hour instructional sleigh ride, and before you return to the stables, you will be in the captain's seat. This is a one-on-one experience, but you can bring your friends and family along to laugh or cheer for $25 per person. Driver must be at least 18 years of age.
All Cabin Creek Stables activities require a reservation and must be held with a Credit Card or a room/folio number. Sleigh rides require 12 hour advance notice. 48 hour cancellation policy on all reservations. Minimums and maximums may apply. 20% gratuity added to all groups of 6 or more. All activities are weather and surface condition dependent to ensure animal and guest safety, but cancellations are rare.
Horses and petting zoo are always available for visitation and love.
