Cost includes:
Professional ski instruction from our Devil's Thumb Ranch Ski Instructors; skate and classic ski equipment for the first 30 signed up participants; lunch at Devil’s Thumb Ranch; Boulder center for Sports Medicine lecture on training; yoga for athletes, day use of the sauna, steam room and hot tub; small class-individualized instruction; ski gear plus other items will be raffled off during the day.
 
Schedule:
8:30-9:30 registration
9:30-10:00 equipment check and safety, break into groups based on ability levels
10-12:00 Ski Lesson on DTR trails
12:15-1:45 Lunch and Lecture
 
Afternoon options:
2:00-4:00 Extra ski lessons or Spa treatments
3:00-4:00 Yoga for improved performance or wind down relaxing time (spa, hot tub and sauna)
4:00-5:00 Ski Waxing clinic with wine and cheese.
