Top of the Mountain
Treat yourself and someone special to the stay of a lifetime. Includes two nights lodging in a deluxe suite or one bedroom cabin, breakfast at Heck’s, trail passes, a private romantic sleigh ride, private cross country ski lessons, the Bonnie & Clyde couple’s massage, ski and skate rental and sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE DEPARTURES
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you leave the Ranch. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to securely store your bags and make our fitness facilities and locker rooms available to you.
Cancellation policy:
Due to our intimate size, a cancellation affects us significantly. Therefore, a deposit equal to the first night of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit, less a $100 processing fee, will be returned provided we are notified up to 14 days in advance. We will charge your card for the remainder of your stay 14 days prior to your arrival. Should you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire stay.
The full daily rate will be charged if guests fail to arrive, arrive after the scheduled reservation date or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation.
Devil's Thumb Ranch and all its facilities are non-smoking. We ask that our smoking guests please only in designated outdoor areas due to fire concerns. Guests who smoke inside rooms or cabins are subject to a $100
additional cleaning fee.
