Nestled in the hillside overlooking the Ranch, our new 50,000 square foot Lodge will include: 31 guest rooms, four guest suites, wine grotto, and meeting and event space for groups of up to 350 people. The centerpiece of the Lodge is the High Lonesome Barn - a Civil War-era structure moved piece by piece from Ohio, with a wall of windows providing unparalleled views of the Continental Divide and Ranch Creek Valley.

High Lonesome Barn & Pavilion Features

• 4,200 sq. ft. Events Barn - converted hay barn from the Midwest
• Reception spaces in barn will accomodate up to 350 people
• Barn's hay loft converted into a quiet reading lounge or a reception hall during events
• 2 Rumford fireplaces in reception space and lounge
• A/V capabilities for large weddings and corporate gatherings
• Wine Grotto at lower level offers an intimate dining experience in a space "carved into the hillside" (seats 40)
• Showroom serves as planning space for wedding clientele as well as pre-function space for the Wine Grotto
• Ski locker storage for Nordic ski-in/ski-out experience
• Commercial kitchen for weddings and corporate gatherings
• South Terrace for outdoor receptions
• Landscaped "amphitheater" below South Terrace for outdoor weddings
• 3,000 sq. ft. outdoor Events Pavilion for comfortable dining experiences from Spring until Fall (Hillside just north of High Lonesome Lodge)
• Events Pavilion with fire pit and outdoor terrace will also be available during the Winter months for tubing hill participants and Nordic skiers

• Guest rooms offering a variety of amenities: adjoining rooms, spacious bathrooms with low-flow fixtures, vaulted wood ceilings with beetle kill finishes, stone fireplaces in select rooms and suites, exterior porches with East-facing views of the Continental Divide
• Four guest suites - 1,000 sq. ft.
• Guest suites offer these amenities for larger groups/families: Great room with fireplace & large private terrace, spacious master bedroom & bath, sleeping loft, in-room warming kitchen, second guest bathroom with shower
• Secluded upper terrace with spectacular views for small outdoor gatherings
