From Denver: -Follow I-70 West approximately 40 miles to Exit 232 -Follow Exit 232 onto Hwy 40 which will take you over Berthoud Pass and into Winter Park -Continue on Hwy 40 through the towns of Winter Park and Fraser -Take a right on CR 83, before you get to the town of Tabernash -Take a right at the fork in the road & follow another 3 miles to the Ranch
Yes. However, you must be offered a position first before you are eligible to be considered for housing. Employee housing is not guaranteed but rather on a first-come first-serve basis related to when we receive your required $400 security deposit. Rent varies from $175-400 per month and includes all utilities. Please see our housing page for additional info. Do you do any type of pre-employment screening? Yes. All potential employees are required to undergo a full criminal background screening. All job offers are contingent on passing the background screening. Any violations will be reviewed for job relatedness. Positions that require the use of company or personal vehicles will also undergo a Motor Vehichle Record check. Drivers must have a valid US Driver's License and fewer than 3 minor violations and/or 1 major violation. Are meals included? Meals are not included in the employee compensation package. However, employees may take advantage of 25% off meals in the restaurants. There is also a break room available with a refridgerator and microwaves for those who prefer to bring a lunch. What am I expected to wear to work? Some positions provide indoor/outdoor uniforms; please discuss the expectations directly with your hiring manager. Additional expectations: · Arrive bathed, fresh shaven, and with fresh breath · Conservative jewelry and hair styles; no unusual colors permitted · Beards must be short and neatly trimmed · Facial piercings and visible tattoos are not permitted · Uniforms must be neat and clean; nametags are worn at all times.
