Yes. However, you must be offered a position first before you are eligible to be considered for housing. Employee housing is not guaranteed but rather on a first-come first-serve basis related to when we receive your required $400 security deposit. Rent varies from $200-400 per month and includes all utilities. Please see our housing page for additional info. Most of our employees live outside of employee housing. If you're interested in finding a rental, we recommend looking for a place in Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, or Granby. Craiglist & skyhidailynews.com or the best sources for finding a rental. Do you do any type of pre-employment screening? Yes. All potential employees are required to undergo a full criminal background screening. All job offers are contingent on passing the background screening. Any violations will be reviewed for job relatedness. Positions that require the use of company or personal vehicles will also undergo a Motor Vehichle Record check. Drivers must have a valid US Driver's License and fewer than 3 minor violations and/or 1 major violation within the past five years. Are meals included? Meals are not included in the employee compensation package. However, employees receive 50% off to-go meals in the restaurants. There is also a break room available with a refrigerator and microwaves for those who prefer to bring a lunch. We feel it's important to dine as a team, so once monthly we host a Potluck Payday, which is 100% free to employees. Do you hire interns?
