Chef Treadwell comes to Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa from the AAA Four Diamond Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa in California. His signature culinary style earned him an Iron Chef Award and Sante’s Culinary Award for Innovative Regional Cuisine. Chef Treadwell’s background also includes Executive Chef position at the Benbow Inn, a Four Diamond boutique hotel in Northern California, and Sous Chef at Viogner Restaurant, where he worked with James Beard Award winner Chef Gary Danko.

Known for his charismatic presence and creative approach to working with local growers to create innovative menus and wine lists, Chef TreadwelI is building upon Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa's reputation for sustainably focused cuisine that offers diners a casual and inventive approach to dining.

Both Heck’s and Ranch House Restaurant at Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa have earned Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
