The right beer enhances and compliments a meal. We work with brewmasters to develop a menu that includes their beers and invite them to join us to share their processes and ingredients with you. Three courses, three beers and a gift from the brewmaster, just $39/person.  Reservations recommended.

James Beard Foundation Dinner at the Ranch
Saturday, September 8, 2012. The mission of the James Beard Foundation is to celebrate, nurture, and preserve America’s diverse culinary heritage and future. Prominent and talented chefs are invited to join their efforts by hosting James Beard Foundation dinners to showcase their culinary abilities and honor that mission. A very special evening to remember a lifetime. Proceeds go to the Foundation. $200/person.  $150 for James Beard Foundation members.  Reservations and deposit required.
