SALES MANAGER- Solicit, negotiate and sell specific group business in assigned geographic territory, segments and/or to assigned accounts. Focuses on multi-night group related business that meet the established targets for assigned segments. Accepts all requests for proposals and pursues all leads for group business, including responding to inquiries and executing group/event contracts. Present, negotiate and successfully sell lodging, food and beverage, and ranch activities/products/programs to groups in target markets. Convert prospective clientele into committed customers through on-site visits/meetings, property tours, and proactive communication. Requirements include minimum 3 years hospitality sales experience (preferably in a resort environment), familiarization with group and event sales required, college graduate preferred. FULL TIME PERMANENT. . MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/ LANDSCAPER- Maintain and care for all landscaping and grounds at the Ranch. Water and prune flowers & plants. Assist with general maintenance requests throughout the Ranch and lodge buildings. Prior experience gardening in a high altitude climate preferred. $18/hr FULL TIME PERMANENT. GUEST SERVICE AGENT - Provide guests with the highest level of service, specifically in regard to lodging. Assist potential guests in making lodging reservation; handle incoming calls and assist/transfer to appropriate party. Check guests in and out of lodging accomodations. Assist guests with questions or requests they have regarding all Ranch services. Must be comfortable using lodging computer system. $11/hour. FULL TIME PERMANENT. POSITION BEGINS IN MAY 2008. BAGGAGE WRANGLER (Bellman) - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive to the Lodge. Valet cars and carry luggage to rooms. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. All applicants must produce a current Motor Vehicle Record or authorize DTR to run an MVR check. FULL TIME OR PART TIME. POSITIONS BEGIN IMMEDIATELY. $8/hour + tips. MASSAGE THERAPIST: On-call, full-time, and part-time. Certified and experienced massage therapists, with wonderful guest service skills. POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. SPA CONCIERGE: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent. Provide guests with the highest level of service in the Ranch Creek Spa. Schedule treatments, handle incoming calls and check guests in for their treatments. Must be comfortable using the spa computer system. $11/hour. POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. LINE COOK: Full-time Seasonal or Permanenet. Responsible for the preparation, inventory and maintenance of assigned stations. This includes but is not limited to knowledge of menu, use of approved recipes to prepare menus items, proper plate presentation, knowledge of proper storage and handling of food. $11.50/hr. POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. SERVER: Serves meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette, working in formal setting. Presents menu to diner, suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines, and answering questions regarding food preparation. Other duties may include taking reservations, seating diners, bussing tables, etc. Should be friendly, enjoy working with the public and neatly groomed. One year experience working in a full service restaurant and some formal dining service preferred. A.M. and P.M. shifts available. POSITION AVAILABLE TO START IN MAY. CATERING & EVENTS STAFF - The Catering & Events staff is repsonsible for serving food and beverages to guests at weddings, family reunions and corporate events. Also responsible for set up and take down of each event and for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times. Must also be available to wait tables at restaurants. Prior experience serving is required. FULL TIME OR PART TIME SUMMER. DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR- To begin ASAP. Manage all front-of-house operations at our newest on property dining venue, Heck's Tavern. Supervise a staff of 20 employees and ensure a high level of guest service at all times. Experience supervising in a full-service restaurant desired. FULL TIME, PERMANENT RESTAURANT HOST- To begin May 22. Greet and welcome guests in the restaurant. Take reservations, seat guests, bus tables, assist servers where needed. Full-time and Part-time. $10/hr.
