7th Annual Women, Wheels, and Wine Adventure Day

An activity-filled day at Devil’s Thumb Ranch, with lectures on bike fit, training and bike maintenance, yoga for athletes, day use of the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool, small class-individualized instruction, bike gear plus other items will be raffled off during the day.
*Colleen Cannon, Founder of Women’s Quest will be your host along with staff from DTR
*Beautiful trails and ponds at DTR for Hiking, Mt biking, SUP Yoga or Fly Fishing
*Day use of the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool
*Lunch at the beautiful Devil’s Thumb Ranch overlooking the Continental Divide
*Skilled professional staff and small class sizes for individualized instruction
*Afternoon yoga for all levels and abilities
*Inspirational lectures on nutrition, training, and building energy and vitality
*Bike maintenance workshop
*Raffle at the end of the day
* Alternative Activities are provided if you do not want to partake in biking; such as guided hiking, guided fly-fishing, SUP, Yoga (if do not have your own equipment, it is an additional $30).
Bike rental: only $30 in cooperation with Christy Sports. Please sign up in advance and let us know your height and weight. You're welcome to bring your own bike, please make sure it is in good working condition.

12:15 - 1:00 Lunch in the Yager House
1-2 Presentation by Lisa Patriccia on "What to eat?" ...a fresh look at ancestral and contemporary diets in the Yager House
2-3 Additonal ride time for those interested in more biking or you can take this time to relax at our hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room or the Ranch Creek Spa.
4:00-5:00 Bike Maintenance Clinic with Wine and Cheese social hour! Meet at the Yager House.
